Drink this at room temp. The consistency is rough if refrigerated. Very sweet flavor. Love that it’s easy to get my protein fast!! Super convenient to grab and go!!!

Texture was thick. Taste is strong and not pleasant has indicated. No instructions to indicate if it should be diluted or taken straight. I did it straight but had to follow up with beverage.
