I really love this protein powder. I have been training for over 30 years and have used various protein powders over that time span. SYNTRAX Matrix Sustained-release protein powder is the best! I absolutely love it! I take a serving once a day. Its usually my first meal of the day and it really works. It provides high quality protein with low sugars and great taste.
