High quality wool, soft but substantial. I would definitely order again.

My experience was great. Easy to use e-commerce, good communication regarding product availability and back orders, and an excellent product which was beyond my expectation. I will order again. The only thing that I was not 100% percent crazy about was that I thought the standard shipping was a bit much, but it's not a showstopper. My cat certainly likes the wool, some of which is in this rug.
