I ordered the ruler so that I could make socks for others in my family. I love how sturdy it is when you unroll it - it does not roll up while you are trying to measure. When I used it on a pair of my socks, it was spot on with the sizing. I am confident that I can now make socks for anyone based on their shoe size!

Makes sock knitting easy

I sometimes knit socks as a surprise gift for people. No longer do I have to be sneaky to try to figure out the correct measurements. Just have to check for size in someone's shoe, then not only are they surprised by a gift of handmade socks, but also a great fitting pair of handmade socks.

Just what the socks needed!

Have the slightly ridiculous idea to knit socks for the family Christmas…not easy, since they’re on the other side of the country. The great thing is this ruler has sizes already marked, so I can just “knit until” and not worry!
