Fine Wool Combs

I simply love these combs. I have been using them constantly since I arrived home with them. One thing to note, though; the wood used felt extremely dry to me. I used some Wood Beams to try and give that wood a drink!

I had the worst alpaca B fleece with the most VM and second cuts I have ever seen. I purchased the combs to process this fleece, and also a terrible mohair half matted. You know, the stuff you keep leaving in the corner. I never used combs before, but it was absolutely amazing how many nice nests I got out of the alpaca, the vm just fell out. I have carded the waste and made yarn for a market bag with it, where the little remaining vm will not matter much. Very happy with my BAM combs.

Great wool combs!

I love my new wool combs with magnetic covers on them. They come with a platform that bolts on to the counter. They are very sturdy and well made, I highly recommend them.
