Vapor Jelly Bean

I used to play with power paddles, but decided I needed to take a step back and ensure I had my fundamentals down first. I wasn't progressing with the paddles I had, so went with a paddle that many instructors recommend to beginners. While I'm not a beginner, I am not really a solid intermediate player either. This paddle is helping me with control, forgiveness, and soft game. Doesn't quite have the put-away power, but it has what I need at this stage in my game.

I did a lot of research on control paddles and I believe the Jelly Bean holds up. I like the vapor hybrid shape as well. Great paddle for those who are looking to stop bangers in their tracks and keep the ball in play with some soft resets and controlled play. Added a new layer of play style to my game that has allowed me to increase my hand speed and excel. Definitely worth the price from a great company!

I'm new to pickleball and had no idea about the vast selection and different types of paddles available. I did know that like in golf, you don't just pick any club and ball and expect good results. Finding the right equipment for you is very important. So I started researching paddles. The Vapor Jelly Bean kept appearing in top paddle lists and from what I read I thought it would be a good fit and something that I wouldn't out grown soon. So I took a chance and ordered one. Though my experience is limited, so far I am happy with my choice and I would recommend at least considering it. It's a quality paddle at a reasonable price. And as for shipping: I'm in Portugal and the paddle showed up at my door 4 days after ordering it (that was impressive).
