Court Ranger V2 Pickleball Backpack

Great Product, Poor Customer Service & Shipping The Ranger V2 is a great bag. The quality is excellent, the materials feel premium, and it's the perfect size for carrying just what I need for pickleball. It's a little heavier than expected, but that's because it's well built. Unfortunately, the buying experience was disappointing. Shipping took several weeks, and my three emails to customer support went unanswered. I only received help after commenting on one of their Instagram posts, and my order was finally shipped the next day. The packaging also needs improvement. The bag was shipped in a thin plastic mailer with no protective inner bag. The shipping bag arrived with several holes, although thankfully the product wasn't damaged. The product deserves 5 stars, but the customer service and shipping experience bring my overall rating down. I hope FORWRD improves both because the product itself is excellent.

The V2 made upgrades that make the Ranger nearly perfect for daily carry. Already loved the original Ranger, so I’m stoked for the black color and upgrades, especially the 2nd water bottle holder.

Excellent Bag/puzzling customer support

A customer service representative reached out to me, asking what she could do to make me more comfortable with my purchase after noticing the V2 in my cart. I reached out to her with a number of questions after her email but she went completely silent. I reached out to FORWRD through text and then instagram but was also met with no response. It was bizarre. This was during the midst of their July 4th sale and I ended up purchasing the bag anyways because I didn’t want to miss out on such a good deal. To be fair, the bag is excellent and I am happy with it, but the lack of communication after they reached out to me first was puzzling. The material is top notch, it fits my size 12.5 shoes with two paddles but it’s a bit more snug than I would have hoped.
