This is the only product of its kind on the market which is utterly ridiculous. If you want to do cuffed bilateral overhead extensions without needing two cables, you need this. You can get some 10” cable extenders + an extra set of carabiners on amazon to make it longer so you can get proper ROM. I’d perform them like Geoffery Verity does; seated is a little awkward.
