Took long to ship. And was told the product was bejng upgraded to be more adhesive. First mask i used i had triuble just taking it off of plastic sheet to put on my face. When i finally got it off, it all stuck together and couldnt take it apart to put on my face. I only was able to use the bottom half. Taking it off my face after 4 hours hurt. My face was red after and felt like it took off hair

Took awhile for label to be created. I placed my order on June 27 and it got delivered 16. It took longer to ship than I expected but the product works!

Awful customer service - well if they replied. Been reaching out for 2 months about a placed order.
