Ganic™ - Holy Basil Bubble Deep Mask

I havent tried the mask yet. However, I am very disappointed that the free spatula and the book as pictured were not included. After a couple of very friendly, but unsatisfactory emails with the same customer experience agent, the explanations she gave me were just not honest. She told me the book was a PDF, and I should’ve received the link in an email. Ok, I didn’t, and i still haven’t. As for the sparula, she said it was a little white scoop under the lid of the bubble mask. That is Not the image of the spatula on the picture—and there was nothing under the lid! And now I’m rethinking using the bubble mask at all in case there are issues.

What I received had got soaking wet in the inside of the product. It looked like chopped up broccoli with no bubbling whatsoever. Waste of money & took forever for it to come in.

I gave it 5 because it actually did something..my face felt like it was really clean and not dry just a nice feeling.maybe i used too much because i don't think i cand get another full mask out of it..thats on me i could tell i used too much very early on...but i luke more
