Wow- this is an incredible lot of coffee. I find it to be versatile and have enjoyed it in pour overs as well as espresso. Low pressure "turbo" shots yield and incredibly expressive, bright, and fruity shot. Rob nailed the roast on this. One of my favorites so far this year!
