Callixe™ Thera Wrap

I do like it, but would like a stronger massage. I like that you can choose between the three levels of heat and massage and that it is "cord free", making it very convenient to use. It's so nice to be able to sit with it on while reading or watching TV, and if you have to get up, the wrap stays in place and your session is not interrupted. Another thoughtfully made product.

This does not hold a charge once fully charged and automatically shuts off after a short time; less than 30minutes. It needs to be charged immediately prior to use. This product does not work as stated it would and Callixe makes it very onerous to fix the problem ( asked for videos of it charging, turning it on...) or exchange. Also know that no charging cable comes with this. I am. out the money since Calllixe is difficult to deal with. I would not recommend this product.

I love the neck wrap. I have chronic neck issues and the heat really helps. Not that fond of the vibration but I use it occasionally. One issue is that it certainly doesn't hold a charge very long. I only get one 30-minute use out of it and then it's dead again. Then it takes 4 hours to recharge. I'm not sure if this is normal? That's why I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5.
