Antioxidants

Well, the quality is fantastic and fresh. It’s very peppery, I recently read that the pepper quality is attributable to its high antioxidant content. However, I got this other one that delights- Petrocor Taggiasca it’s round and buttery and unctious and indulgent.

Fresh, delicious, and beautifully packaged

I first purchased this olive oil at Sur la Table. It is delicious and the tin is pretty enough to sit on the counter. I use it mostly for finishing and cold applications like salad dressings.
