Easier roasting

I replaced my SR800 with this SR900 for 2 reasons: I wanted to experiment with roasts and I am a techie and like data. Roasts are not only easier and less guesswork but also more repeatable. I can create my own roasting parameters and save them. There is also a site where others can post roasting profiles. I can finally do light roasts repeatably. Not only easier but more fun.
