Ethiopia: Misty Valley, Yirgacheffe

One of the best coffees ever

This is absolutely one of my favorites. It smells so good after roasting and it tastes even better. Tastes best roasted lightly and the outer skin comes off the beans very easily. I brew this coffee using 17 grams of water for every 1 gram of coffee. It has a fruity, almost tea-like flavor. It’s terrific, I LOVE it.
