The Fresh Roast SR540 Coffee Roaster arrived in a timely manner to replace the Roaster I had purchased in 2019. (The fan stopped working on that Roaster. ) I am enjoying the new roaster immensedly!

We are now complete. This is as close to pull & play home roasting as it gets. Our trusty steed of 14yrs, the Whirly-Pop roaster, is now religated to movie night ritual popcorn only. Recommendations/Learning: 1. Order the extension tube. 2. Watch on YouTube Sweet Maria's vids, Coffee Lab "Learn This Skill To Roast Great Coffee" & Fresh Roast SR540 extension tube, Capt Coffee also good info. Don't wait, don't meditate. We are loving the smooth richness, focus on the caramel, cocoa, and fruity notes, what an absolute pleasure.

I tried it out for the first time yesterday, just took one roast to get the hang of it. The next 2 batches look great, will be tasting them soon. Super easy to use and not nearly as messy or complicated (or expensive) as my drum roaster. So far I'm happy that I decided to try it out!
