I love the colors. I didn’t think that I was going to want to keep this one. I was thinking maybe give it away as a gift but I think now I’m gonna end up keeping it.

I thought the bag was cute, but I was disappointed that I didn’t receive the complimentary keychain that many others received. I also wasn’t pleased with the packaging. It arrived in basic plastic, and for the price of the bag, I believe it should include a protective dust bag. If I could speak with Sean Brown, I would congratulate him on his success while encouraging him to consider these details. Customers who support the brand appreciate the little things, and they make a big difference in the overall experience.
