Product arrived with a broken stem on one of the keycaps. Muktiple ofher keycaps had significant issues: stems not properly centred, stems not straight, both causing keycaps to bind in the switch. It’s genuinely as if no QC was done at all. Absolutely unacceptable for a product in this premium price bracket. Will be returning immediately, or issuing a chargeback with my bank if Awekeys don’t respond or refuse a refund. Abysmal product.
