Great prices and great seed!
Rattlesnake beans are one of my favorite beans. They do well in our hot summers and only stop producing when we have extreme heat. Once it cools down a bit, they start producing again. I usually try different beans and cowpeas most years, but always plant Rattlesnake beans. They remain string less unless they are way too large. They lose the purple stripes when they're cooked. They freeze well and are great canned. Living in Oklahoma, many vegetables can't take the heat, but we love rattlesnake beans. Young beans are even good raw in salads. Great bean all the way around. I've heard they're great as a dried bean too, but I've never tried them and keep meaning to let some of mine dry for future seed.
