The headband was dented upon arrival while the other pins in the bag and the package itself were fine despite the cheap packaging. “Refund policy” implies they accept refunds - they only allow exchanges for store credit if you return the contents in good condition. Hard to do if they don’t send them in good condition. The headband does not allow long curly hair to fully wrap around and only works on half up hairstyles even when utilizing the other pins in the set. The ends dig into the scalp and are too uncomfortable even for infrequent use or special events. My hair stylist who specializes in wedding hair tried to put the headband on as well following the tutorials on the sellers page and agreed that it was way too difficult to use for long curly hair. Save your time and money - don’t trust the reviews like I did. It’s not worth the money or hassle.
