I was really enjoying this locket, (even though it doesn't look like the Instagram ad) until I looked down and lost a few small hairs I kept of my dad after he had passed away. Then to find out I only had two weeks ( its been more than that) to get a refund. All I can get it store credit toward another purchase. Really, I loved this but it needs a redesign. Maybe a hinge latch rather than a tap catch? I also notice the hinge is very loose, that also could be the issues. I did not over stuff this either.
