Slow ‘N Sear® MasterKettle Platinum Bundle

So bit the bullet and ordered the SNS Master Kettle Holiday Platinum Bundle but obviously failed to read the fine print this is a "scratch and dent sale. (Heavy scratches, legs bent, grate rack tabs bent, etc). The shipping box was undamaged so this was packed with obvious damage at the warehouse. Rather disappointed to say the least. Luckily I had some high heat paint around and was able to bend the tubing back into round but honestly, I shouldn't have to fix so much on a brand new grill. Should've went with my gut and bought a Weber but I thought I'd give SNS a shot. There won't be a second time that much I know. At least it was easy to put together after the repairs so there is an upside. Tried reaching out via email with no response. SNS did contact me via social media asking for my order number which I provided but have not had any further response. As of now not much has happened to rectify the issue.
