Shea Butter Tallow Cream (2oz)

I love this product but during shipping the tallow must hae gotten hot and about a 1/4th of the product seeped on the outside and all over the packaging. I want to continue to order but i do not want to lose product.

Great product! but the point of this review is their outstanding customer service. I emailed them about 8:00 at night about a minor complaint I specifically said I did not want any refund or new product or anything I just thought they ought to know about something I was very clear that I did not wish to get anything extra. Less than 12 hours later I received a notice that I was getting the exact same product for free, free shipping everything shipped my house and I got an email thanking me for the information and apologizing for any mix-up this is hands down the best customer service I think I've gotten into my entire life. Add to it great prices and a great product and this is my go-to company now
