Mexican Quinoa Bowl

Exceeded my expectations

As someone that is a vegetarian for 28 years but developed a soy and dairy allergy about 3 years ago finding food that is easy to travel with (especially long haul flights) has been near impossible until now. I found this company through a google search and figured it was worth a try. I was over the moon excited after trying the Mexica Quinoa Bowl. It was delicious and is easy to throw in a back pack for hiking or travel. I have an upcoming trip that requires me to travel for 30 hours so these meals are going to be key. I also wanted to point out that their website allows you to search through their products and eliminate the allergies you have which made it super simple to find what I needed.

Love this so much, very healthy, nutritious and taste great. Also easy to prepare in the backcountry.

Great taste

Needed to steep for longer. Really hard pieces in there. Flavor was great though.
