The Ritual Collection

I've really enjoyed the Aikenkamatcha Ritual Collection. It was a great way to try a few different matchas side by side, and each one had its own unique flavour profile. All three were smooth, vibrant, and easy to whisk, with no unpleasant bitterness. The quality was excellent, and you can tell a lot of care goes into sourcing and preparing the matcha. It made it easy to figure out which style I liked best, and I'd definitely order from Aikenkamatcha again. If you're looking to explore different premium matchas, this collection is a great place to start.
