Excellent product, terrific taste. As a new customer, I selected "flake", as the lowest priced option, JIC it wasn't great. (Wasn't necessary - next time I'll opt for sugarless, higher cost strawberry.) Planned to just mix into Xmas baking - shortbread, buttercreams, sprinkling it on top, etc, but it's so good, we're also eating by the dry spoonful, when craving a treat. 😉 BTW, it's a powdered texture, as expected. There's the odd, very slightly larger piece, so if you require powder, super easy to either sift out, or blitz in a food processor. I'll be purchasing again. 👌🏼 PS. Dissolves quickly, so could be stirred into kids' milk, or blitzed into smoothies...
