I bought hanadma’s to ensure I was buying quality pearls.The pearls are lovely and the PSL cert came with them. No problem with the product. When I made my initial order it was accepted and only after 4-5 days was I advised that the product was not in stock. I upgraded for an additional cost and PP provided expedited shipping so I would have my order before Christmas. So a bit tardy on letting me know they didn’t have what I ordered but kudos for the expedited shipping. Now my concern: I received an “appraisal” from PP for the RETAIL value of my pearls, which was a whopping 35% LESS than I paid PP for them. Obviously I’m not happy with this news. Not sure how this will affect future buying decisions.
