Horrible experience

I had one of the worst experiences with this company. I found the necklace I liked in store and they didn’t allow me to purchase it then, I had to order it. I was told it would ship shortly, I then get an email that it wasn’t predicted to ship for 3 weeks. I wait 3 weeks and then it gets delayed again. I contact customer service to please cancel the order. Instead they ship the item after I already found something new. I will never shop here again, don’t sell something in the store that isn’t available.

Beautiful and simple necklace that could be worn daily

The necklace was purchased as a gift, and the recipient loved it. Her comments were that it was simple and beautiful. It was the birthstone of her newborn (first child), so it had special meaning.
