I new nothing when it came to buying pearls so when I started to look I was confused about grading, color, luster, etc. If wasn't for the helpful video online put out by Jeremy and Hisano I would have been totally lost. I was able to contact Pearl Paradise and receive pictures of the actual set of pearls I was going to purchase and Rebecca was so helpful and patient with me. They came in beautiful packaging that just added to the whole high-end and personal feeling I got from Pearl Paradise. I highly recommend them if you in the market for pearls.
