I bought the planer to help me focus on my health goals this year, and so far I have found it really helpful and engaging. Something about a physical journal is just more engaging than an app. The quality is high, and I found the price reasonable and in line CJ with other quality trifold journals on the market.

The future planner not only helps me set goals for the year, but it gives me a really simple view of what I've got going on so I can schedule appropriately. It keeps me on track and accountable.

Its got everything you need and I can't wait to fill out the rest. So far I've only used the monthly calander. I really like the routines section I just haven't filled them in as my routines are about to change with a life transition.
A suggetion for improvement would be to include an extra set of routines in this section for when those transitions do happen and routines need to change.
