Only thing akmwtjme package inside carbon filter broken half when opened.. maybe they meed have better package or something

I love Kor and they need to work on the filter design because I receive a broken filter every other shipment. They replace it no problem and have great customer service, I save so much money buying water bottles and it’s nice I can refill them without worry because of the filter.
