Witchery

It starts off as tart, slightly green blackberries and green notes, like you've planted yourselves deep in the bushes, and it slowly ripens over time to a sweeter berry about to burst, but not sugary or dessert-like at all, absolutely delectable, literally used up the sample within three days then ordered the bottle.

With rose ketones in the ingredients list it comes as no surprise that this is a very bright, very sharply green fragrance. Real raspberry oil provides the nuanced “berry bush in the thicket” that, to my nose, is somewhat lackluster. It may take getting used to as it’s a potent part of the Sorce line. The creator was inspired to create Witchery after a trip to the Scottish Highlands. I’d like to experience more of the promised ‘wet stone’ accord more here. All in all a well made parfum.
