The Ashcroft- Cat Tree

I had to wait over a month for it. Once it arrived it was broken and the coushins on the baskets are a simple piece of fabric not like in the picture. Contacted customer aupport and now o have to wair again for a replacement but ko esrumated dates. Wairing on response to decide if its better to return.
