When it is working, I like the lock. It looks good and is sturdy. The problem is that it keeps losing the wi-fi connection and that is problematic. I bought the lock so that I could remotely set up guest codes for my AirBnB house and I often have to go over there and pop a battery out and back in to get it to reconnect. Defeats the purpose of a smart lock. Many online complaints about this- no resolution.

I've been using the ULTRALOQ Latch 5 Series, and it's been an excellent upgrade for my home. The installation was straightforward, and the lock feels solid and well-built.
I really like the convenience of keyless entry. Being able to unlock the door using the app, keypad, or other smart access options makes everyday life much easier, especially when family or guests need access. The app is intuitive and allows me to manage access remotely with ease.
The lock has been reliable, responsive, and integrates seamlessly into my daily routine. Its sleek, modern design also looks great on the door and complements the overall appearance of the house.
Overall, the ULTRALOQ Latch 5 Series is a high-quality smart lever lock that combines security, convenience, and modern features. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable smart lock for a handle-style door.

I am kind of an expert at stalling your locks this is the 4th lock I have purchased from ultraloq. These are good locks however I had ultraloq UL3 on my garage door an after about 3 years or so it just stop working the lack mechanism would no longer retract. You can hear the motor engage but it would not pull or open. (Bought new batteries but did no help)
