i found the meat to be tasty but not in a Wagyu way as there was little marbling. I enjoy the flavor of American Wagyu more and i have had more marbled fullblood wagyu which was tastier. your wagyu was not finished with enough fat. when i grilled it it remained very dry on the grill and cooked more line Ostrich or Emu, whih are also tasty, as this was. it was just not what i was expecting from a wagyu steak
