Great machine!
I didn't get startup instructions, but the learning curve wasn't that bad. Set up was a breeze and it's outperforming my other freeze drier by days! I think this is going to be a very worthwhile purchase. The customer service is top notch, and will spend as much time as needed for you to be completely satisfied that your issue has been answered.

It’s great we have done two batches already since we received it. It is definitely like what they say it is faster than the other brands that I have seen. Their customer service is great also. We did not have any problems with getting help from them. The quality is is top notch on the machine and customer service.
