I haven’t seen the chives bloom yet maybe next year

Wonderful company!

Everything I’ve planted has germinated amazingly fast. The micro greens (mesculin, rainbow mix, romaine, radish) are delicious. I’ve also planted under grow lights several seeds to grow into lettuce. Several are 4” tall within a couple weeks. All random, so it will be a surprise! And I’ve sprouted the mung bean and alfalfa. Also delicious. I put both on everything. Just because. I can’t wait until the weather warms and I can plant the Parisian carrots, beets, and radish. I’ll do them in pots because they don’t require a lot of depth. My grandchildren are excited about the round carrots.
