Cress Seeds - Curled (Organic)

I am waiting to see how they'll turn out after planting the seeds directly to the soil. They are coming up well and I hope I can start harvesting some by the end of February. Hope for the best.

Microgreen curled cress on soilless fabric medium.

Harvested as microgreens grown on soilless silicon fabric medium. Germination seemed near 100%. Tray water enriched with diluted Aerogarden liquid fertilizer. Quite tasty with mild spiciness in a salad.
