I was somehow put on an automatic renewal order. I have tried to cancel multiple times. However, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. I called multiple times, emailed and tried the chat line. No response frim the company. Very disappointed. Now I have to govtheough my credit card company to get it handled. I do like the products, but unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service, I will never order from them again.
