Oops All Noire

Let me start off by saying that Atma's Arsenal has a lot of nice content and it added a star to my rating, which would otherwise be 3/5 stars. As for Port Noir- it started strong and had some nice worldbuilding, but ultimately got confusing. It went from being a city with unique problems to just being a venue for the Crime Olympics before long. Every single character seemed morally grey in a way that removed contrast from anyone else. I'm glad Obvious Mimic did a noire-themed story, but it was laid on a bit thick for me this time around. That said, I think this book is a good reference for any DMs trying to build a similar setting.

Creative imagery in a great story

I was a beta tester, played through with a monk, a thief, and a cleric. The imagery of the scenes was awesome, and the combat systems work well for mid level characters. It's a fun read/play, and I'll probably play through it a few more times before I feel like I really know it. I was surprised by several turns in the plot, and generally had a great time with it.

High quality

I recently purchased the streets of port noir and i couldn't be happier, it was polished and well written, i would recommend this product to anyone
