It works well. There are several temperature settings and a timer that goes up to 30 minutes. I like the optional beeper when the time is up. It relaxes me and helps me go to sleep.

I'm giving this product a 4. It works great, heats up nicely. You can add some humidity by spraying cover with water. I took a star away because the shipping costs are outrageous.
