Beautiful cup in the middle of cup of tea & coffee. Lovely

Its great quality coffee but has this very prominent coriander seed note that just takes away from its enjoyment for me. Regardless of brewing method or grinder used, this coriander seed note is just so prominent; maybe it needs some more rest (i rested it just over a week).

Has notes of Jasmine green tea, creamed honey, slight IPA zinginess, and yuzu sugar cookies (if you can find yuzu, replace it in lemon cookies and thank me later). A little tricky to dial in for v60, but worth the effort!
