Thank you Slush for this amazing catalog of ropes you offer!! I am absolutely in love my reflective rope! I did started heavy because i wanted to feel the feedback of the heavy rope which offer amazing flow workout whilst feeling like im dancing and floating. As a avid cyclist, I've been on a kettlebell journey for the past 7-8 months and rope flow has been outstanding addition to my movement journal. My partner loves flowing with me too after watching me learn the for the past few weeks. Rope flow is a amazing movement that im excited to do for decades due to its accessibility. Its the most accessible form of movement I know and enjoy. Where the bike and the kettlebell i do have to prepare for mentally and physically. With the rope its "grab and flow"!

The SMP is so versatile. To me, it lies perfectly balanced between the two worlds of flow as a meditative art form and flow as an intense cardio workout. There’s enough heft as well as a firm whip to get the blood coarsing at a high rate if you want to flow fast. It’s also a great tool to keep joint mobility fluid like a well greased machine if you want to move at a slower and more focused pace. I gravitate toward keeping it closer to the body in a low, athletic, martial stance to feel that push and pull of the rope. In this way it guides me to engage the spine and legs while simultaneously working the shoulders, arms, wrists, and the grip of the hands. It’s a true full body and mind exercise.
