Flow Hunter Rope Mace Club

First time wielding a club mace but came away with a great sense of this new tool in my practice. It is just heavy enough to be careful on correctly executing efficient movement lest you strain something. The weight and feel is really good. After a few reps i can feel the burn. What i like most is the ability to work on my flow and feel a good cardio workout.
