Crazy return policy

We love the chair itself. We ordered the chair with the strap but found the strap less effective for easy use with the center band and the common connector for the various pieces. Had the strap been fully illustrated we wouldn’t have ordered it. Requiring us to return it to Austraila seems the ultimate passive aggressive no return policy or an Aussie humor response to US tariff nonsense. We ordered the seat from your US distributor so why do returns go back to the motherland? Sad but stupid funny.
