CPX Pickleball Starter Set

We ordered two starter sets, but it was disappointing to see that only one set arrived after a four-day wait. After exchanging several emails, we received a confirmation email for a new order of balls (1x8), while the second starter set was completely missing. The issue was finally resolved when we called customer service and explained the situation. The representative understood the problem quickly and placed a new order for the missing second set, which we received four days later. The invoice clearly showed an order for two starter sets, so we are unsure how the second set was missed.

This is the second time I have purchased with CPX. This starter set is very reasonable in price. I have not opened the set as this is a gift to a very special people who would like to start playing pickle ball. I am sure they will love this!
