Really enjoyed using the Trigger Grip Pro! I immediately noticed more control and stability on my shots, especially during faster rallies. I’ve also been practicing my backhand flick a lot, and the grip helped me feel more consistent and confident with that shot. I also felt like I was getting some extra power and pop on my shots without having to swing any harder.
I also really loved their overgrips. They have a nice soft feel while still having the perfect amount of tackiness, which made the paddle feel really comfortable and secure in my hand. I’ll definitely continue buying my overgrips from them and I’m even considering doing the subscription so I can always have fresh ones ready to go. Overall, I’ve been really happy with both the Trigger Grip Pro and the overgrips!

1. Expensive for what its is.
2. Slow shipping, they used a carrier named ontrac whom lied about trying to deliver on one of the days, the also do not have a live agent (ontrac) or number you can call, you have to do inquiries over text and their ai assistant which is little to no help.
3. TriggerGrip Pro rude customer service.
4. The TriggerGrip pro moves slightly during games even with overgrip. It does achieve a looser grip and finger placement fundlementals, however it is difficult to be consistant when it moves slightly and it is harder to adjust hand positions as you try to transition on certain shots or flicks with the device being as bulky as it is.

I bypassed drilling/training and went straight rec play without thinking about it. I didn't even think about hand placement during the game, it came naturally. I had to do a mental review when I got home and it occurred to me I did play well, specifically the amount of errors was very low. I didn't make the normal repeated net or long balls. I was able to consistently keep the ball in play.
