Sweet and Spicy Mustard

First off, green chili makes most everything better, including mustard. Reminds me of my days in NM where green chili w/ mustard on a hamburger was a normal occurrence. This one goes great on hot dogs w/ sauerkraut, chili, and onions. The first "sweet" relish I don't mind eating.

We used the whole jar in the crock pot with chicken breasts and they turned out very tasty and moist. We LOVE this sauce.

Great flavor, using it on sandwiches. Looking forward to trying it more.
