5 Part Salad Mix (Organic) - Sprouting Seeds

Amazing. We've been having these sprouts with almost every meal or by themselves. The yield is amazing. I'll take from my jar and they keep growing. I even gave a container full to a sister from church and my jar was almost back to full the next day. I used half a cup of seeds per 64 oz mason jar using the sprouting lids and stand you can buy from True Leaf Market. The can says rinse 3 times a day but my schedule only let me do it once. It has been incredible. I popped them over by the window, about a foot away (I don't want them to wilt). My favorite with these was making a honey mustard dressing (Dijon mustard, honey, dry oregano, sea salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil) and tossing them. I skipped the lemon zest on purpose and it paid off here. If you want to try it, just play with the ratios in a separate bowl until you get a great balance. These sprouts are fresh and earthy and the radish kicks in over time so the longer you have them, the more you get that radish kick.

Sprouts started growing day 2! We haven’t eaten these yet, but I have no doubt they will be great on our cucumber sandwiches, and pizza, and maybe just directly☺️ Don’t worry, I’ll be back to review if they’re bad. (Don’t see how they could be)

Good price but quite a few seeds don’t sprout. I’ve had other brands where 99% sprout so not sure what’s wrong with these.
