Brought me back to childhood
This chocolate made me want to cry. I felt like an 8 year old eating a Russell Stover holiday Santa. While I know for a fact I cannot eat a Russell Stover "chocolate" without getting sick, the texture and flavor of this bar was awesome! It tasted on the sweeter side and was smooth and silkie, melting on contact! I shared it with my wife whose eyes lit up instantly, can't wait to try more!

RICH!
This bar is so incredibly rich. I eat a lot of dark chocolate and to be honest, it's one of the best dark chocolate bars I have ever tasted and my favorite one from Bonnat (so far!). It's slightly nutty and has no bitterness at all. SO SMOOTH and SO GOOD!

Excellent
Bonnat is one of the most outstanding chocolate companies there is. Consistently, all of their products have a texture that approaches perfection. The Haiti bar is certainly no exception— the flavor is just a bit earthy and the cocoa is very rich and has almost no bitterness.
